We have enjoyed a long and productive relationship with a fabulous London based Bathroom Designer, by the name of CP Hart.
Earlier this year, CP Hart approached us with a request for a stylish custom box which could hold their latest range of shower-heads to be displayed at their many showrooms across West London. As CP Hart specialise in top of the range luxury, we knew we would have to deliver on style and aesthetic.
The client wanted the personalised box to display their own artwork both on the exterior and interior and they also wanted the shower heads to be displayed securely and in a way that would not damage or scratch the items during transportation.
The shower heads were sent to our factory here in Erith, so we could determine the size that the box and inside compartment would need to be.
With these requirements in mind we went ahead and designed a paper overboard rigid box to showcase their products. The Customer’s brief called for full colour printed graphics, which are protected with the application of a thin clear laminate film to protect against marks and scuffs. The bespoke box was created with a hinged lid, and fitted with a hidden magnetic closure, making it easy to open but also guaranteeing it would stay securely closed.
As per the client’s request the inside of the box lid featured a different graphic and the base had a foam inlay featuring 6 cut out shapes to accommodate the individual shower heads.
The end product was a beautifully crafted, high quality rigid custom box, with full graphics that perfectly showcased the Shower Head and accentuated the features of the product.
