We were recently asked by CopyPrint to create a large paper over board box for their well-known clients The Premier League. The custom box was intended to be used for the Primary Stars project which is a fantastic FA run initiative bringing together sports and education in a bid to improve the lives of primary aged children through a series of integrated schemes.
The purpose of Primary Stars is to use the appeal of the Premier League and the influence it has on the younger generation and use that influence to engage primary school children, with several of their academic subjects. It is thought that by introducing representatives from premier league clubs to work in conjunction with school teachers to deliver elements of curriculum, children of primary age will be more inclined to engage and learn. The scheme also hopes to inspire children to take part in sport and develop important life skills. Representatives from the clubs are paired with local schools.
The bespoke box that CopyPrint commissioned was intended to hold a series of educational children’s books written by a collection of celebrity authors. The client sent us their artwork and we got to work creating a functional and practical box that could hold these items securely.
The end result was an impressive paper overboard personalised box covered in the customer’s full colour litho printed artwork, finished with a matt lamination. Sized to hold the books perfectly and finished with a hinged lid and fastened with a concealed magnetic clasp.
The boxes were for distribution to various Premier League clubs around the country.
